Pigs are generally considered to be very smart animals, and if you have a pig for a pet you will need to keep its environment stimulating and fun.  For good ideas Teddy and I recommend you read Temple Grandin's paper, Environmental Enrichment for Confinement Pigs at http://www.grandin.com/references/LCIhand.html where Temple discusses the preferred toys of pigs.
