To secure your dogs place in a course all bookings and enrollments require a minimum non-refundable 25% deposit paid via direct deposit or transfer into our nominated bank account (details will be provided with our invoice).  Balance of monies owed are then payable in cash at the commencement of a course or private consultation, or via direct deposit 3 days prior to commencement of a course of private consulation.
 
EFTPOS is coming!  We will soon be accepting payment via debit cards and Visa and Mastercard for all training services.
 
 
Gift vouchers (for full or part-payment of course fees) available for attendance at a group class, redeemable within 12 months from date of issue.
 
 
Terms & Conditions
 
Deposits are non-refundable.
 
Refunds of balance of course fees are only provided in exceptional circumstances, to be determined by the owner/operator of Cheeky Pup Dog Training.  However if you have an unexpected committment or illness during a group course, please notify your trainer as soon as you know you will not be able to attend a class and then you will be able to take that class at a later date (usually during the next course).
 
Preschool and/or Kindy classes may not be bought individually.  Preschool and Kindy are each sold as a course of lessons, if you miss or skip a lesson your money will not be refunded.  Please advise your trainer by telephone, text message or email before a lesson if you cannot make a class and you will be able to do a make up class at a later date.  On very rare occassions your trainer may not be able to take a lesson; in this circumstance you will be able to attend the next class that suits you to do the make-up lesson.  We stress that this happens very rarely and due to unforeseen circumstances including extreme illness or accident.  Whenever possible we arrange a substitute teacher when one is available.
